Within 18 months, you will get to know our business inside out as one of the world's leading travel retailers. You will face exciting challenges during your assignments - at our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity, at our airport locations and in our modern logistics centers. The assignments in the various areas will sharpen your professional expertise and contribute to your personal development. An assignment abroad is also part of your program.
We want you to feel comfortable with us right from the start and be able to develop your full potential. That is why we are at your side and guarantee you comprehensive support during your program. Intensive onboarding will give you a good start, and a mentor from top management will help you to develop yourself and your topics.
You will receive regular feedback on your current assignments and projects. On the one hand from your department and on the other from your contact person from the Early Careers team. Shared growth is just as important to us as your individual development - a wide range of projects and initiatives within your trainee year offer plenty of opportunity for this. These range from training sessions and events to presentations of business cases to our Executive Board.

Your job is demanding. That’s why we are exacting, too, when it comes to selecting applicants. You should have:
a university degree with a background in economics, ideally with the respective specialization
at least 6 months of relevant practical experience (internships/student traineeships)
intercultural skills, gained in at least 6 months of experience abroad through internships or a semester abroad, as well as excellent German and English skills.
an analytical mind, communicative manner, and good powers of persuasion
a high willingness to travel for worldwide deployment
team spirit to facilitate open, appreciative, and trustful cooperation
