The application process
For trainees und International Leadership Program participants.
Receipt of application

We receive your application - preferably via the application form of the respective online job advert.

Acknowledgement of receipt

You automatically receive a confirmation that we have received your application.


We review your application thoroughly and carefully with or in consultation with the respective department. Thank you for understanding that this process takes some time.

Skills-based phone / video interview

If your documents meet our professional approval criteria, we will invite you to an initial phone or video interview.

Assessment Center

The Assessment Center is an all-day event involving a variety of tasks. We want to get to know you even better. But it also gives you an opportunity to get to know us and our company.


At the end of the application process, you will hear from us. If everything went well, we will call you, offer you an employment contract and tell you more about when you start and the onboarding process.
