We have always seen ourselves as the intermediary between the consumer goods industry and the retail trade clients who sell directly to travellers: at airports, on ships and at border crossings. We have been running our own shops for more than 40 years. It all began with just Duty Free shops. The experience we gained in this area was put to use in three ways: with the establishment of the successful EU-internal Duty Free successor Travel Value; with a succession of new retail concepts that are successfully operated at international airports, both landside and airside; and with a multitude of licence shops that we manage on behalf of global brands.

A company that supplies 1,000 different clients worldwide, on an individual and just-in-time basis, needs a logistical infrastructure that is able to meet every requirement. We have invested in one of the most state-of-the-art high-bay warehouses in Europe, as well as in a new IT system in order to be equal to the challenge. This competitive edge is valued by all of our global trade and industry partners, no matter whether it is travel markets or domestic distribution that are at stake.
