We offer trainee programmes in Retail Management Airport (starts twice a year: 1st of April and 1st of october) as well as in Headquarter Divisions (Purchase and Sales, starts once a year: 1st of April). The Programmes last a period of 18 months. During this time you will be comprehensively prepared for entering into the management level of your respective business area. During the training you will get to know several of Gebr. Heinemann’s business locations and divisions and from day one will be part of the team in which your training takes place. During the training programme a member of the Human Resource department as well as a mentor from your area of business will work together with you to help develop your personal and professional skills. A series of accompanying seminars provide you with specialist knowledge that you can put to use in practice.
